SMS Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important and the Cagle Law Office is committed to protecting it. In line with this commitment, the following policy describes the use of SMS and text messaging with clients.

Collection of phone numbers: Phone numbers are collected voluntarily, generally either during the client intake process or by entry into a website form. Potential and existing clients can opt in to receive SMS messages by verbal, written, or email confirmation with Cagle Law Office staff or by sending an SMS message to our office number.

Use of phone numbers for SMS: Phone numbers are primarily used to communicate with you about your case. Your carrier may impose charges for SMS messaging. We will NEVER share your phone number with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out of SMS messages: If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from us, you can opt out by texting STOP to our office number. â€‹Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective.

Privacy of phone numbers: If you opt out, we will not send you any more SMS messages and we still won't share your phone number with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to this policy: We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes by placing a prominent notice on our site.
